About taking a photo of the notebook
It is the obvious idea and it is on the list, but it will never be trusted to post numbers on its own. Handwriting gets misread, and a 7 read as a 1 quietly poisons every total after it. If it ships, it will fill in a draft that a person confirms — which for 15 lines is not much faster than just typing them.

The dashboard is not the product. Catching those three things before they cost you is the product. Miss one stockout a month and you have already paid for a year of software.

When you should not use this
If all your branches already run the same POS and you actually open its dashboard, that dashboard is fine. Eantaw is for the messy case — one branch on a POS, one on Excel, one on a notebook — where no single system can see the whole business.
Botika Bayanihan is not a real business, and every number above is invented. Eantaw is for any owner running 2 or more branches — pharmacy, hardware, bakery, water refilling, sari-sari, grocery. The sample happens to be a pharmacy; the problem is the same wherever stock and cash sit in more than one place.
